Before your bucket truck, crane, and or MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform can be used safely, it must first be evaluated thoroughly to ensure it meets OSHA and ANSI standards and regulations. As an OSHA and ANSI-accredited business, you can count on us to complete a top-to-bottom inspection to ensure it's safe for present and future use.

A DC Dielectric test as specified by ANSI standards: The Dielectric test verifies the electrical insulation strength in the FRP Upper and Lower Boom, Bucket, Liners, extensions on Digger Derricks, Tool circuits and Upper Control Systems

Crane Inspections

The condition of your crane or aerial lift is essential for your safety. Proudly based in New York and serving the East Coast, we offer the crane and aerial lift inspections needed to ensure your equipment is in top-performing condition and ready for use!

Comprehensive crane inspections are a must for your heavy-duty equipment. Inspections are completed in compliance with OSHA, B30.2.

Aerial Lift Inspections

Like your crane, your aerial lift requires routine inspections and tests. Our comprehensive aerial lift inspections and tests are available for all aerial lifting equipment and personnel lifts. Detailed visual and operational inspection where individual components are examined to determine their conditions. Such as: electrical, mechanical and structural to determine whether they constitute a safety hazard.

Bucket Truck Inspections

Boom testing: Hook power lead to one end of the boom and the ground end to the other end of the boom set the machine to its test voltage and record current leakage in Micro-Amps.

Liner: Wrap the liner with a non-conductive foil inside and outside of the liner. Hook the power end of the cable inside the liner and the ground end to the outside of the liner. Set the machine to its test voltage and record the current leakage.

Powered Industrial Truck Inspections

To avoid any hazards that can injure employees or impede work, Forklifts should be inspected by an independent third party. Our inspections ensure all mechanical functions work safely, hydraulic hoses are not worn, and the electrical system in working condition and working decals are in position.

Pre-Critical & Pre-Purchase

An accurate pre-critical inspection of your lift equipment and hardware will provide you with peace of mind. Pre-lift non-destructive tests are also available when necessary. A lift is a large purchase. Don't buy something without assessing its overall condition. Our software is designed to complete inspections on multiple units efficiently and effectively, thus reducing the amount of time the unit is out of service. In addition, it establishes detailed inspection reports, which cover all points of inspection of the unit.
